Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations may be done 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Any cancellation requests done after 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee (if booked online, your deposit will be non-refundable). Reschedule requests must be sent to me (Julie), by email or text, 24 hours in advance. Please provide an ideal day/time to reschedule to, if possible. If no day/time is given at the time of request, clients are given 1 month to reschedule their postponed appointment. Reschedule requests made past 24 hours and/or failure to reschedule within 1 month will automatically lead to a cancellation and will be subject to a $50 fee (if booked online, your deposit will be non-refundable). It is the client's responsibility to follow FACECARE's Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
