How is FACECARE different from other skincare service providers?

FACECARE offers a fully customized facial based on each client's needs for a results-driven yet relaxing experience. Along with the experience, Julie also can help curate a personalized homecare regimen (FACE ME Plan) for clients, based on their request, to achieve their skin goals.

What product lines do you use for your treatment facials?

FACECARE carries products from Face Reality, GlyMed Plus, and AnteAGE. Julie tests each product and carefully curates only the best products for your unique facial experience.

How do I book a session with FACECARE? Can I do it online?

Online booking is available on my website -- click on BOOK NOW to get started with booking! There are different types of services as well as add-on's, so make sure you are selecting the correct service for the correct times. Please provide your full name when creating an account to book and/or to become a site member.

What is FACECARE's Hours of Operation?

FACECARE is available in the following days/times:

+ Tuesday through Friday | 10am to 8pm

+ Saturday | 10am to 6pm

+ Closed on Sunday & Monday

What type of payments does FACECARE accept?

FACECARE requires a $50 deposit on all facial services when booking online via the website. The remainder plus gratuity can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Check.

What is your policy on cancellation, rescheduling, and being late?

Cancellations may be done online 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Any cancellation requests submitted to me (Julie) after 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee -- if booked online, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Reschedule requests must be sent to me (Julie), by email or text, 24 hours in advance. Please provide an ideal day/time to reschedule to, if possible. If no day/time is given at the time of request, clients are given 1 month to reschedule their postponed appointment. Reschedule requests made  past 24 hours and/or failure to reschedule within 1 month will automatically lead to a cancellation and will be subject to a $50 fee -- if booked online, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes for their appointment. Arriving past 15 minutes will automatically be subject to your appointment being rescheduled or shortened, depending on Julie's availability. Please keep me (Julie) in the know if you think you are running late.

No-Show's are automatically subject to a fee of $50, equaling to your online deposit being non-refundable, and may not be allowed to rebook.

 

This policy is also in FACECARE's Intake Form for all clients to read, acknowledge, and sign. It is the client's responsibility to follow FACECARE's policy.
